PALAK PURI


INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

WHEAT FLOUR- 1CUP

SPINACH PASTE-  1/3 CUP

SALT- 1 T SPOON

OIL-  AS REQUIRED  TO FRY

How to prepare

Mix the palak paste, salt in the flour, put required amount of water make dough of it and cover it with a lid for half an hour. 

Then make small balls of it and make puri’s of the dough. Then fry them in the heated oil.

Your palak puris are ready serve them hot with a chutney or curry.
